Cathy Gregory

Cathy is a dedicated yogi with a strong, elegant practice.  She has a bright, happy energy that uplifts those around her.  She is talented photographer and a wonderful cook.  She shares her talents in many arenas including taking family portraits, senior portraits for Palo Alto High School, and mentoring high school students on the yearbook staff.  In addition, she cooks for yoga retreats and other celebrations.  

    She loves dogs and has a beautiful yellow lab named Christine.  Christine went through the Guide Dog program.  As a mother of three, Cathy raised litters of puppies for Guide Dogs with her daughters when they were growing up.  Say hello to Cathy if you see her in class, and please visit her website to see her offerings:  cathylens.com
