Coping skills: maintain your emotional balance

Take a 1 minute meditation. 

Just close your eyes and sit cross legged on the floor or against a wall.  Ask yourself this one question:  What do I need right now ?  And then just listen for the answer. 

This moment to close your eyes and check in with yourself can help you shift your day and get clear for your next priority.  Enjoy ~
